Design of the Active Control Algorithm to Reduction of the Vibrations due to Interaction High-Speed Railway Vehicle Bogie and Structure

This study analyzes excessive vibrations that occurred on the railway vehicle bogie with computer simulation of a 4-DOF half car dynamic physical model and Euler-Bernoulli flexible bridge beam simply supported boundary conditions has been introduced considering some limitations which affect problem formulation. To reduce these other than conventional suspension systems such as passive one, an active system designed attached to primary car. Then, control systems, algorithm based PID SMC is considered. The coupled equation motion obtained by Hamilton’s principle in time domain system. Finally, demonstrate effect upon vibrations, implemented, results are presented comparatively. Consequently, maximum vertical displacement acceleration have significantly reduced.
